Everster is specialized in provision of complex renovation service to the apartment buildings by general contracting. Our second main activity is the insulation and plastering of the facades of apartment buildings and commercial buildings. Proceeding from the construction of the building to be renovated and objectives of energy saving, we specify the required construction activities and offer solutions contributing to achieve the saving of heating expenses and healthy indoor climate. The renovated apartment building is ENERGY-SAVING WITH NEW FACADE EXTERIOR AND GOOD INDOOR CLIMATE.

Everster OÜ has been registered in 2009, but the project managers and skilled workers have over 10-year experience in facade works. By today Everster OÜ has carried out works on several objects of diverse complicacy by which we have proven at the Estonian facade market that we are not losing to our competitors having started earlier at the market from the aspect of quality as well as professionalism. We have insulated and finished more than 145 000 m2 of facades. We have renovated more than 40 apartment associations all over Estonia, 15 of which have been integral renovations. During the last three years we have become the largest facade company in North Estonia, by having completed more than 60 000 m2 of plaster facades in 2014 and 2015. As to the latter indicator we are the North Estonian company having competed most square metres of plaster facade in Estonia during 2014 -2015.
